The Telework
Certification Process is designed to provide the framework and methodology
for installing proven telework processes, reducing risk and assuring program
success. In the Telework Certification Process, programs are developed
to meet specific design and reporting requirements, and teleworkers and
telemanagers earn a Telework Certificate, assuring proper preparation
for successful remote work.

Teleworker
Certification
The Teleworker Certification course fully
prepares your best employees for the remote work experience. Each student
obtains the tools, knowledge and skills to become an effective remote worker,
sign the Teleworker's Agreement governing teleworking activities, then
will receive Teleworker Certificate showing successful completion of the
course materials.

TeleManager
Certification
Managers attending this course will gain
the tools, knowledge and skills to become an effective manager of remote
workers. Managers will also learn the policy and procedures governing remote
work activities, and then receiving a TeleManager Certificate showing successful
completion of the course materials
Telework
Trainer's Certification
InteleWorks offers
a Telework Trainer’s Certification Program designed to support the long
term success of your telework program. Each trainer advances through a
three step process to thoroughly understand the course materials, answer
the most frequently asked questions, and to become proficient at providing
ongoing training for teleworkers and telemanagers as you expand your program
organization-wide. The cost of the Certification program includes the rights
to the course materials to be used for internal use by your organization,
and the coaching and training of up to three instructors.

For employers with more than 200 employees,
InteleWorks Telework Certification Workshops and Courses are customized
and held at your location. For smaller employers, these Workshops and Courses
