As the president of InteleWorks,
Dziak is a consultant, speaker, trainer and author who helps organizations
maximize business potential through telework. InteleWorks has helped develop
dozens of telework programs for employers such as the State of Georgia,
BellSouth, Fulton County, and Georgia Power. As a nationally recognized
telework expert, Dziak has been featured on CNN’s Science and Technology
Week and in the Wall Street Journal, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution,
USA Today, the PlanetIT Mobile Tech Center roundtable, ComputerWeek Magazine,
Entrepreneur Magazine, Worldcom Cyber Seminars and other media.
As a former officer of that “small group of advocates” now known as the International Telework Association and Council (ITAC), Dziak influenced the professionalism, positioning and growth of the telework industry. He was recognized in 1997 with the ITAC Johnny Appleseed Award, and was named for the ITAC Year 2000 Outstanding Volunteer Award. Dziak is the author of a step-by-step telework program implementation manual called The RemoteControl System Pro. His first book for teleworkers, Telecommuting Success: A Practical Guide for Staying in the Loop When Working Away from the Office, released by JIST Publishing in March, 2001.
